Cardio Step is a fun, high energy class for all levels of experience. We use the step for a leg burnout, full body weights, abs, and arms. In the middle of the class we teach a small sequence on the step. The sequence usually consists of 3 moves that are fun and easy to follow. We teach the sequence at the speed the participants feel most comfortable with and then add the music when everyone feels confident.
